The second space Titan the aliens managed to create. Using DNA collected from Tyrannus and several other earth based creatures, the Extraterrestrials created an ultimate titan. Zgnilus appeared on Earth about a year after Robo-Avimate.
Zgnilus first attacked many cities and after another year, the final showdown of the aliens and the humans began.
Extraterrestrials soon started what will be recounted in Earth history as, the "Final Battle". The battle field is the city of New York City. And the contenders will show the true rulers of the Earth.

Fighting for the Earth was ATS and the Titans Tyrannus, Gryph, Mega-Z, Nano and Killerwatt. For the Extraterrestrials, there grand armada, Zgilnus, King Mantis, Phantom, Chromosa and Robo-Avimate. The battle was grand and in the titan Zgilnus proved to be more than a match for Tyrannus and the other titans. All seemed lost, till Mega-Z sacrificed himself, causing enough energy flow in the air to revive the Earth Titans and able to defeat the Extraterrestrials for good!
After the aliens life the Human solar system, Zgilnus still roams the planet, serving her purpose of death and destruction, until she was captured and brought to the island of Kauai, which was soon renamed "Titan Island" an ATS research base were Titans are contained.

~Powers and Abilities~
*Acid Spray
*Extendable arms that can stretch and are extremely flexible.
*Able to fly at Mach 5
*Tail Stinger that extracts DNA, giving Zgilnus slight powers from her victims
*Venomous Fangs
*Not much armor, but skin seems energy based resistant.
