Velocity was one of the two artificial titans created and contained at Area 51. Velocity was a product of mutating roadrunner DNA, making Velocity, like its name, the fastest land animal on earth.

Velocity's story started in Area 51 a little around the time when ExTitan disappeared. The scientists at Area 51 wanted to create more stable titans and have a fighting chance against other titans, since M.E.G.A-Z has been long lost. Velocity was the A project Titan, while the B project titan was known as Rattlespike. The two titans are an excellent duo match up that rivals that of Dra and Co's.

Velocity and Rattlespike though escaped the Area 51 compound and headed towards Las Vegas, were the two attack together the city of gambling. And to make matters worse, the titan Bacorok, far from his British home, was sighted. Bacorok's intentions in the USofA are still unclear, but he has stayed here since this attack. Bacorok's presence soon summoned forth Tyrannus and the mighty Leviathan battle all three Titans, but the odds weren't on Tyrannus's side.
